Protecting our lifestyles and what we love about Nillumbik

About PALs

Our story

PALS is a group of well intentioned, non-politically aligned Nillumbik landowners who are guided by community values.

Our vision is to keep Nillumbik intergenerationally an exceptional place to live and work.

The current suite of Native Vegetation Clearing Regulations imposed by DELWP impose massive financial penalties on landowners irrespective of the intention and requirement for any vegetation removal. The system has been highjacked and no longer relates to the replacement of vegetation lost, rather it now relates purely to the extraction of massive amounts of money from Applicants for no direct vegetation outcomes.
